Join Chelsey in this group session, where we will explore ourselves on a deeper level. This session will be focused on releasing emotions and energy our physical body has been carrying and holding onto through guided meditation, crystal bowls, subconscious imprinting statements, and Reiki.

You'll learn how past experiences, beliefs, and conditioning shape your subconscious mind and influence your current emotional responses.

We'll explore common triggers that lead to overwhelming emotions and self-sabotaging patterns. You'll gain insights into recognizing recurring patterns in your life that may contribute to these feelings.

SIT statements and crystal bowls will be used in unison to help our body release emotions, energy, and patterns that are no longer serving you, and reprogram our minds with acceptance and self-love.

There will also be Reiki done to the entire group at the end to help ground, focus, and center your energy.
