Also known as Lymph Taping, is a gentle, therapeutic technique designed to support the body's natural healing process to promote lymphatic drainage and reduce swelling. This method is part of a broader medical taping concept and involves the use of specially designed elastic adhesive tape that mimics the elasticity of our skin.

During this 30-minute session, the therapist will apply the tape directly to the area of concern. Demonstrate how to apply it yourself in the future and provide you with extra tape to take home for continued support.

Lymphatic Kinesio Taping

Our skilled Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massage therapist, trained by Vodder, specializes in a therapeutic technique that utilizes gentle, pain-free, precise strokes and movements to target specific lymph nodes and pathways, effectively stimulating the lymphatic system.

The skin is carefully manipulated in a precise manner, following established scientific and physiological principles that effectively facilitate the flow of lymphatic fluid and drainage, reducing swelling and alleviating discomfort. It also enhances recovery post-surgery or injury and minimizes scar tissue formation.

This light, rhythmic form of massage encourages the natural drainage of the lymph, a fluid that carries cell waste products, foreign substances, and excess fluids away from the tissues. 

It is particularly beneficial for those suffering from conditions such as lymphedema, where the lymphatic system struggles to function effectively.

Every session is tailored to the unique needs of each client.
